Getting started.

To sell Real Estate in NZ, you need to hold a Real Estate Salesperson’s License.  To obtain this, you need to have gained the NZ National Certificate in Real Estate (Level 4).  One way of obtaining this is through Harcourts.

The NZ National Certificate in Real Estate (Level 4) is self-paced online course which takes approximately 30 days to complete; however this is dependent upon your other commitments and you have 8 months to complete the 11 unit standards.

This course can be sat through Harcourts in association with the Skills Organisation.  Harcourts provide a comprehensive support network in person and online to provide 24/7 access to support to get you licensed as soon as possible.
